Unable to unzip test data files

Hello,

When I attempt to unzip the test data files provided on the website (esc.testdata.step2.tar.bz2 and esc.testdata.step4.tar.bz2) I get error messages that these are not bzip2 files. Do you have any suggestions?

I don't have any problems. What did you do to unzip them? What system are you working on?

I am having the same issue as well and I posed in the google group about the same since I did not see this earlier.

Try:

tar -xvf esc.testdata.step2.tar.bz2

It worked.
