Trouble installing Python variant of MAGeCK

Hi, I'm trying to install the Python variant of MAGeCK (version 0.5.9.4) to my computer using the instructions provided at the bottom of the "Integrative Analysis of Pooled CRISPR Screens using MAGeCKFlute" paper but I'm having some trouble with the "$python3 setup.py install" command. My terminal returns me this error message:

"make: Nothing to be done for `all'.
/bin/sh: ../bin/RRA: cannot execute binary file
CRITICAL: error compiling the RRA source code. Please check your c compilation environment."

I"m not quite sure what my "c compilation environment" is or how to check it. Could you provide me with a possible solution or two? I'd really like to use MAGeCK, but I have to install it first!
