Expecting an assignment of samples to FASTQ files.

Trying to use Counts data instead of fastq files. Every sample command has been commented out in the config.yaml file. Path to counts file has been entered. I keep getting the same error:
Expecting an assignment of samples to FASTQ files. File "/data/Snakefile", line 25, in <module>
Is there something I need to change in the snakefile? any documentation?
