mageck rra: p-values and fdr all the same

Hi,

Did anybody encounter this problem? My p-values are all 2.59E-07 and FDR 0 (or 1 for a few genes).

The pipeline runs smoothly and the RRA scores look great. Also all lots of positive controls pop up as hits so the CRISPR screen clearly worked.

I ran the pipeline with the default settings.

Would be nice if someone could help me out!
