Sky created an issue 2016-10-11

The following command to download the newest version of MAGeCK-VISPR is not working

conda install -c bioconda mageck-vispr=0.5.3

Can you please provide support for installing the newest version?

Hi,
I have updated the installation instructions. Bioconda now has additional channel dependencies (r and conda-forge) that have to be set up before installing mageck-vispr. Please have a look at the updated instructions here.
