Trouble initializing the workflow

Hello,

I'm trying to execute the MaGeCK-VISPR workflow on my Mac, but I'm having trouble with Step 2: Initializing a new workflow. I downloaded the esc-testdata, successfully created the directory and organized the input file. But when I type in the command " mageck-vispr init .--reads /Users/myname/Downloads/esc-test/esc-testdata/reads/* " in Terminal, it returns an error saying unrecognized arguments for the following:

/Users/myname/Downloads/esc-test/esc-testdata/reads/ERR376998.subsample.fastq /Users/myname/Downloads/esc-test/esc-testdata/reads/ERR376999.subsample.fastq /Users/myname//Downloads/esc-test/esc-testdata/reads/ERR377000.subsample.fastq

I have no idea how to resolve this issue. Please help!!
