Installation of 0.4.14 impossible

I've followed the installation instructions but no matter what I do there only seems to be 0.4.13 available from the bioconda channel.

The referenced --host is therefore not available.

In fact, it was not released yet. I have just released it on pypi, and release on bioconda is on the way.

@davidliwei make sure to trigger new releases (e.g. ping me) if you update the changelog like that (with a new version number). Alternatively, just add something like "unreleased" instead of the version number into the changelog.
