Add Moodle 3.3 and 3.4 as supported branches

Hi,

I like your Enlightlite theme plugin a lot.

I have added an es_mx translation for it in AMOS and it works very well in Mexican Spanish language.

Do you have an estimate as to when you can add the Moodle 3.3 and 3.4 (coming tomorrow) as supported Moodle branches for this theme.

Currently only Moodle 3.2 is listed as supported branch in https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=theme_enlightlite

I have tested it in Moodle 3.4rc3 (Build: 20171110) and it works beautifully.
