Latex based equations are showing smaller in Enlightlite whereas everything looks good in other themes. I tried toggling/changing all relevant filters. Also tested in chrome and firefox.

It looks like there’s a bug in the version of the Alegreya font that Enlightlite uses. By updating the font files with the version in the GitHub repo I was able to resolve this issue. See this forum post for more details.

MathJax, which is rendering these equations:

…renders mathematics dynamically so that formulas and symbols are nicely integrated into the surrounding text — with matching font size, margins, and baseline.

I think the problem with the Alegreya font meant that MathJax incorrectly calculated that a smaller size should be used for rendering.
