Description
If a course category cannot be viewed e.g. because a) it's hidden or b) the user does not have capability moodle/category:viewcourselist (https://docs.moodle.org/en/Course_list_viewer_role) then the error "You don't have permission to view this list of courses" occurs. This commit changes the way category information is obtained and processed to handle these situations.
