pep381run or pep381checkfile gives this error on an existing mirror.

I'll try redoing it from scratch, but downloading 23 GB is not fun for upstream servers.

    Thanks for the report. This is now fixed. The fix was actually on the master side - somebody registered a package named "packages", which broke the Apache URL dispatch configuration.
