We realized that there are multiple problems with "wiggle" and are going to address those in separate branches. This branch is going to be retired.

Implemented exportFile functionality to allow for multiple 'loaded' chromosomes to be saved at once when using the 'Save As...' feature on a graph file. Edited Wiggle to provide a header for the saved file that is the information from the selected chromosome.
ExportFile method should only use new functionality when dealing with graphs.
The writeAnnotations and writeBedFormat methods should handle calls from any class as they did before, and the header file should contain information from the selected chromosome.
