We are can't understand formula for calculation discount

pls write 3 examples in this document with correct Excel formula

And if we have 2 discount of percent or money or time. Do we sum them?

Examples are in the google document with formula. The general expression of the formula with some conditions are detailed in the attach document

When you have many discounts of the three types, you have to sum all types and apply the formula that I sent you. For example if you have 2 discounts: 5% and 10% you have to apply a 15% discount, but you can't apply more than 100% discounts to the card. If you have 2 discounts: Q5 and Q10, then you apply a Q15 discount but you can't apply more than the total amount to be paid. If you have 2 discounts: 1 hour and 2 hours then you apply a discount of 3 hours. If the car entry at 7am and exit at 11am for example and you have the 3 hours discount, you discount the lastest hours. So you calculate the tariff for that car from 7am to 8am only. And you can't discount more hours than the car has been inside the parking lot.
