Error in Tariff History section

Hello LotGroup,

When we try to enter to the Tariff History section, there is an error shown an the ParkingSettings get stucked and we need to force end from task manager to quit ParkingSettings, An screenshot is shown in the attachments.

@SergeyKholodnyi не закрывай их таски, мы только ресолвед они closed. ну или наоборот, но здесь они совсем ничего не отмечали. хотя баг и исправлен
