Lost Card in Cashier software

Hello Lotgroup,

We were testing the lost card function from the cashier menu. The procedure was the following:

  1. Login with cashier card
  2. Tap cashier card and click on lost card button
  3. Remove cashier card
  4. Tap a formatted card
  5. Pay the lost card tariff
  6. Generate lost card check
  7. Remove the formatted card
  8. Tap again with cashier card

After doing this, when the cashier card is tapped in the reader again, in screen is shown "Card was paid" like if the cashier card was the lost card. We saw that in the lost card check generated after the lost card payment, the card number is the cashier card number. So we can end the cashier session, even access to the cashier menu
