Problem with card in cashier software
Hello Lotgroup,
We were doing some test recharging multiuse cards in the cashier software, while we were pressing the "Enter" button to perform the recharge, the software saved a big negative number in the balance of the card. I'm attaching the transaction report, the card we were refilling was the number 14, the last transaction shown in the report correspond to the big negative number saved on the card. We also notice that when we place the card in the reader not exactly in the reader slot but in top of the reader (Like the image attached) then, in parkingSettings or cardEditor, sometimes they ask to format the card. Also when we are placing the card in the reader, both parkingSettings and cardEditor asks to format the card. Seems like a problem of missreading the card perhaps.
