Free time exit in tariffs

We had configured a second tariff with a free time exit, however the cashier software doesn't apply the free time exit.

You can't use free time exit without validators. Only 1 free time exit for default

you need set SHOW_TARIFFS_CHANGE=0 at ini file and try to change FreeTimeExit at different tarifs
