Error printing in cashier software

Hello Lotgroup,

We are having an error (See attached image) when we try to make a transaction that needs printing. For example, when paying a card or closing the cashier's session, we receive this error, and the transaction can't be completed. The payment is not applied to the card, or the cashier's session doesn't close.
