Касса. Проверить оплату одноразовой карты с дисконтом

I’ve detected a problem with cashier software: When I place a one time balance card in the validator, the card was 15 minutes and I apply a discount of 30 minutes, then I place the card in cashier software, the amount to pay is zero, so we press intro to make the zero payment. But if we place another card that do not have any discount, the cashier shows zero amount. If we remove the card from the reader and place it again then the cashier software shows the correct tariff. I don’t know what’s happening there
