Today we had an issue with entry stand at our parking lot in Guatemala.

At 11:51am a user pushed the button and the stand gives him a card, after that the stand gives him another card and he called to the parking lot cashier, the cashier went to the stand and saw that there was a card at the entry and the user told him that the stand has already give him a card. They take out that card and the stand gives them another card, they take out that card and the stand gives them another card. When they take out the 4th card, the stand sent the signal to open the barrier.

The cards that the stand take out were cards number 214, 185, 275 and 268 in that order, first the number 214 and last the 268. The only card that has status sold was the number 185, the rest of them had status not sold.

Can you please check logs to see if there is any information that could tell us what happened?
