Cashier showing wrong information

Hello Lotgroup,

We did the following procedure: - We apply discounts to a card - We place the card at the cashier software - The payment was zero - We press enter and make the zero payment - We place another card in the cashier reader, without discounts - The payment was zero - We remove and place the card again in the reader, now the payment appears at the cashier.

This happens every time we pay a card at cashier with discounts that sum zero and we place another card after that card without discounts with payment more than zero.

Please, can you try simulate this and see what is happening at the cashier software?

Try paying 2-3 cards with amount sum zero, and after that a card that has to pay more than zero.

    We still having the problem at cashier in the parking lot. Can you please upload new installer or a file to change at the parking lot so we can change it and make some tests? Thanks in advance

    We have identified the problem, This happens if we remove the card before it shows the time to out.

    If we place a card with discounts where the payment is zero, and we pay that card and we remove the card before the cashier shows the time to out, then the next card we place with no discount shows zero payment. Find attached a video were we show this issue. This doesn't happen if we remove the card from the reader until cashier shows the time to out.
