Manual Exit transction question

Hello Lot.

We want to test adding a manual exit to a card that is inside the parking lot.

The card we are testing with is a card we had problem with in the past and had to reformat so the entry stayed in the system.

We think this could be helpful when a card gets problems and we need to formatt it so the parking lot could continue using it.

I tried inserting the exit transaction with no good result. I inserted it in the manual transaction app, exited and see that the transaction didn´t get saved.

However I check the transaction history report for that card and a Transaction appears.

Please can you guide us on how to insert a manual exit? the necessary fields and an example. We tested card No. 4.
