Card Reader not reading cards

Hello.

I´m testing the parking equipment and get the following issue:

Received cards from entry station, waited for some time and then put the cards on the exit station. Got a message "PAY TIMEOUT". I then put the cards on the reader during a session on Parking KIOSK but get no readings of the cards.

When I enter Parking settings I can read the cards and get their numbers and valid dates.
