To add a training and competency function which would provide minimum & recommended training and staff competency requirements. These competencies would then be used when assigning staff members/examiners to tasks. If they did not have the necessary competencies and training to perform a task, the system would not allow that assignment.
To include a rating system for training where staff could rate and provide feedback on training to best maximise training budgets and resources.
