Case creator cannot assign themselves as case manager

After creating a case, I cannot assign myself as a manager. Someone else sees 4 tabs when editing a case, the creator only sees 2.

Hi @pittjl, where you creating a case as a "requester" user or "case manager" user? Requester's can only request, so they can't then assign themselves as a case manager. However, case managers should be able to - I can check if this is a bug if you can confirm for me please?
