Jackrabbit BDB persistence manager

I've been using this to speed up Magnolia for developers. We often import
large, automatically generated Magnolia configurations into the repository. This
is agonisingly slow using MySQL, even after tuning.

The (limited) documentation consists of:

An example jackrabbit configuration we use with Magnolia.  See 
doc/examples/jackrabbit-bdb.xml. Just point your
at it, and the environment will be created automatically when you start.

An example web.xml for Magnolia that makes a clean shutdown more likely.
