Generate invoice in English keeps "DPH" instead of "TAX"

This depends on country of you company. If you set company country United states this name will be VAT. if your company is set to Slovakia or Czech then name will be DPH. I check this right now. But in next release I will put option to change this name for column per country, same as tax number title.
