problems downloading PDF files

Hello,

Im new to S-Invoice, and I'm having difficulties downloading the PDF files for my invoices. when I first downloaded the application for the first 3 invoices I was able to download them with no issue, but after that it started giving me problem and go bing me a long error message of why I can't download the PDF files.
