Description of the workflows

On the wiki, there should be a page describing the worklfow of the code between David and other's code and sage.

Similarly, the various places, wiki and mailing lists where to discuss and make proposals should be clearly presented, specially for newcomers.

Remember that various coding theorists in the world are not used to sage, still we want the discussions to be publicly held.

You seem to assume that this repository and the wiki will become public at some point. I don't necessarily disagree with this, but I just remind that it is something we have postponed to make a decision about for now.

For the world at large, an alternative to this, possibly too detailed and colloquial wiki, will be a "web-page" (possibly part of existing Sage infrastructure) describing the roadmap and workflows in a simpler, clearer manner.

However, either on such a page or on this wiki, prominently featured, should be written something like what Daniel suggests.
