Generic implementation for forward decoding?

As decoding on family A through the decoder of a linked to A family B seems quite common (already used on punctured codes, BCH codes and cyclic codes - probably will be for shortened codes too), it could be interesting to create a dedicated decoder implementation to manage forwarding arguments to the "upper" decoder.
