Importing peakutils fails Python 3.5 Win 7

I downloaded peakutils-1.0.1.tar.gz Used tar tools to extract Installed via setup.py Error code appears as attached. It appears that it doesn't read the scipy library. Is there support for python 3.5?

    There is support for Python 3.5. It seems that the installed scipy is missing some modules, you can try loaing the scipy modules shown in the error message to check it.

    It was an issue with c++ redistributable. Didn't allow for all of Scipy to be installed. I got it working. Thanks!
