Component Options

The component Options can be accessed in back-end area.

• Disable projects area - in case you would like to use this component only as a file repository and/or ticket system, you can disable projects functionality from the members area.

• Disable tickets area - if you don't need a ticket system functionality, you can disable it.

• Disable file repository area - if you don't need a file repository, you can disable it.

• Disable notifications - this will disable any type of notification (for new ticket, new project, new task, etc)

• Date/time format - select the date format to be used in the front-end area

• Restricted file types from upload - define a list of mime type restricted from being uploaded in the front-end.

• Path to folder where to store files (file repository) - if you want to use other folder for your file repository storage, insert the absolute path on server to the folder used to contain all the files from the file repository. This option should be used after installing the component, to avoid uploading files to a location that will become obsolute.

• Path to folder where store attachments (projects, tasks, comments) - if you want to use other folder for storage, insert the absolute path on server to the folder used to contain all the attachments from projects or tasks. This option should be used after installing the component, to avoid uploading files to a location that will become obsolute.

• Restrict clients to group - A client is any Joomla user. In some situations you might not want all your Joomla users to be also a client. In this case you can create a Joomla users group and add all your users to that group. After that, just restrict your clients to that group only.

• Clients can open project - You must choose if to allow a client to open a new project. The default value is YES.

• Introduction (first page) - Choose an introduction text to display on client first page in MyPortal.
