Issue #219 resolved

Evil + ido: minibuffer in normal state instead of emacs state

Anonymous created an issue

Adding minibuffer-inactive-mode to evil-emacs-state-modes seems to solve the issue, this should maybe be there by default?

    Fix initialization advice for minibuffers.

Evil should never be active in minibuffers. The advice `evil-mode-check-buffers' (re)initializes evil in certain buffers, but incorrectly activated evil in the minibuffer.

This fixes #219. This fixes #220.
