:vsp (vertical split) is, seems to me, replaced with :vs. vim behavior is to keep it, as is quite similar to :sp (ordinary horizontal split).

I always used :vsp and just today learned about :vs :)

    Call `evil-ex-completed-binding' instead of `evil-ex-binding' in ex state (closes #72)

    When an ex command line is executed and the command is incomplete but has a unique completion, then this completion is automatically chosen. Thus it is sufficient to type the first few characters of a command until it is unique.
