Issue #248 invalid

evil-ex will scroll back another window

Bin Chen
created an issue

open emacs (evil-mode), C-x 2 to split window into two windows A and B. In window A, press C-M-v, to scroll forward window B while focus is still in A. Now press ":" (evil-ex), and you can see window B is scrolling back. That's not desired behaviour.

I can't reproduce that. I've tested with Emacs 23.4.1 and 23.2.1 (I'll check 23.3.1 later) and everything worked as expected.

    Here's what I did:

    cd /path/to/evil
make clean # ensure that no old *.elc files exists
    make emacs
n # quickly, do not run the tests
    :e evil-commands.el RET
    C-x 2

Now the ex-command line is open, the upper window shows the top of the file, the lower window one page down, as expected.

Could you please check the same way?
