Add project documentation

In any bigger project with multiple modules it is sometimes hard to find the procedure documentation one is searching for. It would be helpful to give the user an overview of the project which gets him in the right direction (to the correct module).

In the UI this information would be displayed when the user clicks on the project.

Possible solution: add a new tag \projectinfo

This could also be located in a separate source file (like in Javadocs package info).
