Add support for virtual packages

Each package can provide certain capabilities, mostly themselves but also other features. F. e. a package may provide itself as a package and the feature ftpserver. Other packages could have the requirement ftpserver and it doesn’t matter which ftpserver is installed as long as at least one is installed.
