Install of stream file package fails

The installer tries to unzip the package with the command /bin/unzip . But this is not always available.

The installer should check if /bin/unzip is available if it is not available it should try /QOpenSys/pkgs/bin/unzip . If this is not available it should throw an escape message stating that no unzip utility is available.
