UTF-8 Support

I've created a new version of your framework adding UTF-8 Support for server side. Here is a link to the changes I made.

Thank you very much for your work. The STOMP project is currently not very high on my list. I will need some time to inspect, test and integrate it. Are you in need of a more spec compliant STOMP client? Then we could make a list of missing features.

Yeah please let's create the list.

Could you maybe create a feature branch and give me access to this one? So I could just checking all changes there and open merge requests as soon as everything is done and tested.

I created a "spec1.2" branch where we can work on.

I added some tickets which should reflect the changed and enhancements needed to be done. I will close this one as the other issue covering this issue in more detail.
