pausing any player when on Max Volume

If i use an aux out or headphone and i max the volume it keeps pausing whatever im playing until i lower it by 3 clicks (i use aux with my car's stereo and max the volume so i can use the steering wheel controls for volume instead of fiddling with the phone while driving, safety and all fo that)
