Mad Os8.1 bugs Coolpad note 3

Sometimes the phone switches off itself, and when you turn it on. It gets stuck at the madOs logo... Then I have to reset the phone(wipe dalvik,data, cache) and set it up again... And proximity sensor isn't working.. screen doesn't go black when you attend a call.
