I think he refers to the screen brightness that fluctuates, do you have brightness sensor activated or fixed brightness?

I you refer to the ambilight app for some smart bulb please elaborate...

Thanks for the answer. I try again. If the ambilight option turned on, then when I switch between programs, the screen changes to deep orange and then returns to normal color after a few milliseconds.
