VSync problem ? / Jiayu S3

Hi,

since oreo, when I switch pages in Perfect Viewer or scroll in android system parameters, the bottom quarter of the screen show sometimes some kind of vsync problems.

It's not always... In perfect viewer, it sometimes occurs on new pages, but after try again the problem is not here anymore. I've never seen such problem in previous version (from 4.4 to 7.1)
