Can't record videos in Instagram Coolpad Note 3 Lite

Previous Rom MM V10 Full wipe , all partitions changed to f2fs Magisk installed after initial boot

Open Instagram, go to camera and hold it to record video, when you release there is no control to send and go to home and return back to camera you can see no feed. Also if i send a video recorded by camera/open camera via Instagram , you can see the send video will be in black and white with a green border at bottom. Sending the logs too, you can contact me at any time if you want more logs
