Unable to call from mobile and unable to send messages

Hi I updated my coolpad note 3 lite mobile to Oreo mad os 8.1 but problems facing are unable to make call and unable to send messages for LTE or 4g ,its clear for 2g . And also unable to receive calls . The problem with 4g sim is LTE not supported

    do you maybe need to use jio app for this? i am not familiar with indian providers/network...but i know it is working for everyone else
