 `winstonLogger` is a logger from the [Winston][winston] library, and all messages logged to this `TaggedLogger` will be passed to this underlying `winstonLogger`. Winston attempts to be unopiniated about the format of these messages. `TaggedLogger` attempts to be opinionated and give all the messages tags and a timestamp.
