The cross_cats script can't deal with apostrophe

The cross_cats.php script can't deal with a category if it contains an apostrophe, which is quite a problem from the french users!

How to reproduce the bug : set the wiki field on "fr", the category field on "Chevalier grand-croix de l'ordre royal des Guelfes" (link), set the depth field on "1". Click on "Do it". The tool response is "Not found. Check category name!". The category name in the category field has been truncated to "Chevalier grand-croix de l".
