Require mediawiki-api-base instead of mediawiki-api

Looking at the code your just using the library for basic post / get / login and session handling. For this you dont need the whole of mediawiki-api (which also contains lots of services) but instead you could just use mediawiki-api-base :) See https://github.com/addwiki/mediawiki-api-base
