Problem uploading images on wikipedia

I was triying to upload some images on this Wikipedia article https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colecci%C3%B3n_de_esculturas_originales_de_Salvador_Dal%C3%AD but them are always retired because of copyright violations. Some of this images are personal photos from my family and i dont understand why they are retired. Y checked them were retired by a bot, so i think this could be and error. Could you check this and tell me something about it??

This has nothing to do with delinker, the files have been deleted on commons and then delinked.
