Waiting a few minutes before removing reqests from User:CommonsDelinker/commands

Can delinker please wait (sleep) for some minutes before removing requests from User:CommonsDelinker/commands?

And can you please increased delay time to 10 min after deletion (Mea culpa, just noticed that it is 10 - not 4, sorry)
